Introducing Sound Healing Foundations — A New Training This Fall

I'm excited to share something new I've been working on: Sound Healing Foundations, a 3-Sunday training in the art and practice of therapeutic sound, co-hosted with Sara Joy of Divine Harmonies.
A little bit of my own story: back in 2022, I was a student in this very training, when Sara Joy taught it alongside her co-partner Lucia. I had no idea then that it would lead to nearly 200 sound events in the last few years — but it did. It shaped the way I understand sound, presence, and what it means to hold space for others. So when Sara Joy asked me this past March to co-host and co-teach this training with her, it felt like coming full circle — and I was deeply honored to say yes.
Sound Healing Foundations is designed to give you a real, hands-on foundation in sound work — rooted in ethics, integrity, and intentional practice. Across three Sundays (October 11, October 25 & November 8, 2026) at Ryan's Retail in Merchantville, NJ, you'll learn the basics of sound and vibration, contraindications and safety, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes, plus the ethics and business side of offering this work to others. It closes with a student-led group sound bath and a closing ceremony in front of invited guests.
This training is for you whether you're a wellness practitioner looking to add sound work to what you offer, or simply curious and ready to go deeper — no prior experience required.
Investment is $600, with Early Bird pricing of $500 if you register by August 15. Payment plans are available, and full payment is due by the start of programming.
Because this training is intensive and each Sunday builds on the one before it, full attendance across all three dates is required — please make sure your calendar is clear (8:30am–7pm on Oct 11 & 25, 9am–5:30pm on Nov 8) before registering.
Space is limited to keep the group small and hands-on.
