Why Elderberry?
Elderberry has been used in traditional wellness practices for generations. These deep purple berries are naturally rich in antioxidants, including compounds called anthocyanins that give elderberries their vibrant color.
According to the National Institutes of Health, elderberry has been studied for its antioxidant properties and its potential role during seasonal transitions. While research is ongoing and elderberry products are not approved to prevent or treat illness, it remains a popular seasonal staple rooted in tradition.
Our Origin
This elderberry syrup began in 2019 during a community herbalist class. What started as a simple kitchen project for close friends and family quickly grew as more people began asking for jars of their own.
The heart of it hasn’t changed — small batches, thoughtful ingredients, and care in every step.
Each batch is properly simmered, strained, and finished with raw honey. Crafted intentionally. Stored refrigerated. Made to be part of your seasonal rhythm.
DIY Kits
For those who love the ritual of making it themselves, we also offer DIY Elderberry Kits.
Each kit includes pre-measured elderberry, cinnamon, rose hip, ginger, and cloves — along with bottles, cheesecloth, and labeling supplies. Simply add water and honey at home and enjoy the slow simmer process in your own kitchen.
Whether you purchase a finished bottle or create your own batch, the focus is the same: tradition, quality ingredients, and small-batch care.
