Bring yourself and an open heart. Please bring your own mat, blanket, and any props you’d like for comfort—an eye mask, pillow, or cozy socks are always welcome. For aerial sessions, I recommend bringing two blankets for extra support and warmth. Other events may ask for additional props- this would be communicated via email before the event.

Each experience is uniquely your own. Some drift into deep stillness, others feel emotion move or release. There’s no right way to receive—the body simply takes what it needs.

Arrive a few minutes early, take a few deep breaths, and hydrate well. Setting a simple intention—like “I’m open to rest”—helps your body ease in more fully.

Give yourself time to land gently. Drink plenty of water, move slowly, and be kind to yourself as your body integrates the experience. Notice what comes up in the hours or days that follow—rest, emotion, insight—and allow it. Journaling or quiet reflection can be supportive if it feels right.
