You've been holding it together for a long time.

The tight jaw. The mental list that starts before your feet hit the floor. You're not burned out because you're weak — you're burned out because you've been strong for everyone else, for so long.

This retreat isn't a vacation. Vacations don't change anything. Grounded in Currents is five days in the desert built for the woman who needs more than a break — sound work, stillness, red rock landscape, and a small group of women who get it without you having to explain it.

Out here, the land does some of the holding for you.

If something in you already said "I need this" — that's worth listening to.

Not ready to book — but want to stay close to this?

March 2027 is still a ways off, and we know a trip like this isn't a decision you make in one sitting. If something in you is already saying "I need this," that's worth listening to — even if now isn't the moment.

Join the interest list and tell us what's pulling you toward this trip — we'll send updates that actually matter to you, not a generic blast.
