Sound Healing Foundations
A 3-Sunday foundational training in the art
and practice of
therapeutic sound.
Who it's for:
Anyone drawn to sound as a healing modality — whether you're a wellness practitioner looking to add a new offering, or simply curious and ready to go deeper. No prior experience required.
What you'll learn:
-
The science and philosophy behind sound healing — frequency, resonance, entrainment, and the vagus nerve
-
Contraindications and safety practices for working with clients
-
Crystal singing bowls: types, care, and proper playing technique
-
Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes: history, technique, and hands-on practice
-
Ethics, professionalism, and the business side of offering sound healing
-
How to structure and lead a group sound bath
-
A closing ceremony celebrating your completion, held in front of invited guests

Our cohort has started its session, and the room has been everything we hoped: wellness practitioners, therapists, bodyworkers, and people who simply felt drawn to sound and wanted to understand it.
If you’re thinking about the next one, join the interest list. You’ll hear about dates, pricing and early registration before anyone else.

How we teach it
This training is grounded in the body, not in big claims. You won’t hear that a bowl “heals” because of a certain number of hertz. You’ll learn why you choose an instrument, what it’s doing in the room, and how to stay present with the people in front of you. That’s what makes a practitioner trustworthy, whether you’re working in a studio, a retreat or a clinical setting.

The format
-
Three full Sundays, each building on the last
-
A small group, so everyone gets real time with the instruments
-
Teaching, live demonstration and guided practice every day

This training is intensive and hands-on by design — each day builds on the one before it, so full attendance across all three days is required to get the full experience and complete the training. Please make sure your calendar is clear for all three full days before registering.
