Our
Location

We’ll be gathering at
The Field at Oak Creek, an intimate
creekside sanctuary tucked along
the banks of Oak Creek in Cornville,
just outside Sedona.
Set on eight open acres, this peaceful property offers the perfect blend of grounding nature and intentional comfort. Wide skies, soft grass underfoot, and the gentle rhythm of the creek create a natural invitation to slow down. It’s the kind of place where mornings
feel spacious, afternoons unfold organically,
and evenings are wrapped in starlight.
Our group will have the space all to ourselves, beautifully designed gathering spaces, and a dedicated
ceremony/yoga area that supports movement,
meditation, reflection, and connection. There are hammocks by the water, fire pit evenings,
outdoor dining spaces, and plenty of quiet corners
for journaling or simply being.
This retreat setting allows you to unplug from the noise and plug back into yourself. The land itself feels supportive — steady, calm, expansive — offering space for clarity, connection, and deep rest.
In other words… your nervous system is about to exhale. 🌿

Meet The Team

Joelle
Joelle is a holistic wellness coach and somatic practitioner who supports individuals in navigating stress, anxiety, and daily life through body-based awareness. Rooted in both coaching and sound, her work encourages a deeper connection to the body, building clarity, regulation, and self-trust from within.
Since 2023, she has been curating immersive retreats in inspiring locations, creating intentional spaces for reflection, connection, and personal growth within a supportive community.
Sound is a central part of her offerings. Using gongs, singing bowls, and other vibrational instruments, Joelle guides restorative sessions that help the nervous system settle and the body release tension—meeting each person exactly where they are.
Her retreats also weave in gentle movement and creative practices, offering a well-rounded experience that supports presence, resilience, and ease.

Rachel
Rachel Tarvin is a yoga teacher, farmer, and mom of two young daughters. In 2021, she and her husband moved to Chesterfield to expand their chestnut farm, shifting from her role as a yoga studio coordinator to leading outdoor yoga workshops. Balancing her passions—family, farming, and fostering connection—Rachel’s teaching is rooted in the Kripalu lineage, with over a decade of experience and 300+ hours of additional training. Her classes blend meditation, mindful movement, and Yoga Tune Up® techniques, using slow, soothing movements and massage tools to support mind, body, and soul.

Will
Will’s connection to cooking began early, rooted in a genuine love for creating meals that bring people together. Over time, that passion has grown into a thoughtful and intuitive approach to food—one that values both creativity and care.
After high school, he continued his culinary path at Atlantic Cape Community College, building a strong foundation in technique and kitchen experience. During the summers, he works at Cafe Loren, where he is part of a dynamic, high-level kitchen known for its fresh, seasonal approach.
At retreat, Will brings a grounded and intentional presence to the kitchen, preparing meals that feel both nourishing and elevated. His focus is on simple, high-quality ingredients, balanced flavors, and creating a dining experience that complements the rhythm of the retreat—supporting both connection and restoration.
