About the event
Winter solstice has been a significant time of year and is said to mark the symbolic death and rebirth of the Sun; the gradual waning of daylight hours is reversed and begins to grow again.
Join Joelle while she uses Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, rain stick, drums, chimes, crystal singing pyramid and other instruments to create a deeply relaxing, rejuvinating and meditative experience.
Arrive by 6:45pm to set up your space for a prompt start. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or chair. Also bring anything to make yourself comfortable like a pillow, blanket or eye cover. Space Limited to 10 guests.
