Join us for an elemental journey guided by ritual, rhythm, and sound.We’ll begin with a smudging ceremony honoring Fire, followed by drumming with Tom to connect with Earth. After a short break,we’ll gather for a water ceremony celebrating Water,and close the morning with a sound session with Joelle

About the event
This morning gathering is an invitation to slow down and connect with the elements through intentional ceremony, rhythm, and sound.
From 9:30am–12pm, we’ll move through the four directions, each offering its own quality and experience:
We’ll begin the morning with a smudging ceremony honoring Fire / East — a moment to clear, reset, and set intentions for the day ahead.
From there, we’ll transition into drumming with Tom, grounding into Earth / South through rhythm, movement, and felt connection to the body and the land.
After a short break, we’ll come back together for a water ceremony honoring Water / West, inviting reflection, emotional flow, and gentle release.
We’ll close our morning with a sound session led by Joelle, celebrating Air / North through vibration and stillness, allowing space for integration and spacious awareness.
