About the event
Summer Slow-Down is a second Wednesday series co-hosted by Dawn of Living Ur Joy and Joelle, created to offer consistent, grounding support through Reiki, sound, and intentional rest.
Each monthly gathering features a different theme—Ground, Listen, Recieve —inviting participants into a gentle arc of presence, letting go, and replenishment. Sessions may include Reiki and/or a guided meditation offered by Dawn, alongside a live gong sound session that supports deep rest, awareness, and integration.
Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably and receive in their own way. No prior experience is necessary—this is a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect without needing to fix or change anything.
