After the sound bath, you will have the opportunity to share your experience with others if you choose. Many people report feeling more centered, calm, and grounded after a sound bath. It can be a wonderful way to nourish your soul and take a break from the stresses of daily life.
Arrive by 6:45pm to set up your space for a prompt start. Please dress comfortably and you could bring blanket, pillow and/or eye cover to be a little more comforatable. Space Limited to 10 guests.
