An evening to nourish your body, calm your mind, and fill your soul.
Join us on the farm for a unique summer gathering that blends nature, movement, and sound. You’re invited to arrive early (6pm) and pick fresh, sun-ripened berries (available for purchase at market price)—a sweet and grounding way to begin your evening. We will also have some prepicked berries available if you just want to take in the views or can't arrive early.
Rachel will guide you through a gentle movement practice using Yoga Tune-Up balls, designed to release tension, melt stress, and awaken body awareness. As your body begins to unwind, Joelle will begin weaving in the sounds of gongs and other instruments—supporting your experience from the inside out.
This immersive session flows seamlessly into an extended savasana, where Joelle’s soundscape deepens the rest and integration. You’ll be fully held in the beauty…
