Join us for a one-hour immersive sound session designed to support relaxation, focus, and nervous system reset. Participants rest comfortably on mats while live instruments—including gongs and crystal bowls—fill the space with resonant sound. No experience is needed. Simply arrive, settle and unwind

About the event
This one-hour community sound session offers a simple, accessible way to step out of daily stress and into deep rest.
Participants will lie on yoga mats or sit comfortably in chairs (based on the space and flooring) while live instruments—such as gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other resonant tools—are played throughout the room. The layered tones and vibration create an immersive listening experience that supports relaxation and nervous system regulation.
There is no movement, discussion, or prior experience required. You do not need to meditate or “do” anything. The invitation is to rest and listen.
