A summer series designed to help you cool down, unwind, and reset through a unique blend of vertical silks and immersive sound.
Each event invites you to gently move in the air—supported in silks that encourage both strength and surrender—while layered soundscapes create a deeply calming environment below you. The experience is both grounding and expansive, offering a way to release tension from the week while reconnecting with your body in a playful, weightless way.
As summer heat lingers outside, this becomes your weekly pause: part movement, part rest, part nervous system reset. Sunday nights have never felt so spacious, or so soothing.

Arrive by 6:45PM to get settled before we begin.
Wear comfortable layers and bring a blanket; many guests enjoy having an eye mask.
