Sound Bath and Bonfire

Experience deep relaxation and harmony at a unique event with a sound bath featuring crystal bowls and gongs. Feel tension melt away for a rejuvenating experience, followed by a shared moment around a bonfire for connection and relaxation.As the soothing sounds envelop you, let your mind drift to a place of tranquility and peace. The resonant tones of the crystal bowls and gongs will guide you to a meditative state, where stress and worries dissolve like mist in the morning sun. After the sound bath, gather with fellow participants around the warm glow of the bonfire. Share stories, laugh, and enjoy the simple pleasure of human connection under a starlit sky. This sacred space offers more than just relaxation; it’s a journey to inner peace and community, leaving you refreshed and uplifted long after the flames have died down.

We do plan to have a promt start at 7pm.

Please arrive anytime AFTER 6:30 if you want to walk the labyrinth, or you can walk the labyrinth after the sound bath.  It's pretty cool the way it's light it up at night.

For the Bonfire after the sound bath. There will be  several chairs, but please to bring your own chair to sit around the fire.   Feel free to bring a snack to share after the sound bath.

Feel free to bring a drum or instrument if people are inspired we could have a drum circle after the sound bath.
