Take some time for yourself to repose and restore. During this sound bath we will take a journey lead by Joelle and various instruments including gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes and more.

About the event
Join Joelle as she uses Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, rain stick, drums, chimes, crystal singing pyramid and other instruments to create a deeply relaxing, rejuvinating and meditative experience.
Arrive by 6:45pm to set up your space for a prompt start. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or chair. Also I recommend bring anything to make yourself comfortable like a pillow for your head or under your legs, blanket or/and eye cover. Space Limited to 10 guests.
