The ambiance is set with dim lighting, candles, and galaxy lighting. During the session, Joelle will guide you through a meditation while crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes produce vibrations and sounds that help ease tension, enhance mental clarity, regulate breathing, soothe the nervous system, and promote inner peace. The experience can bring emotional release or catharsis and leave you feeling centered, calm, and grounded.
Arrive by 6:45 pm, dress comfortably, and bring a yoga mat or chair, pillow, blanket, and eye cover.
