About the event
The Harvest Sound Bath is a wonderful way to take some time for yourself and connect with the abundance of the season.
Sound Healing has been used to reconnect to the mind as well as balance the chakras/body. Through stress, anxiety, trauma and/or depression the body can store blockages and increase the likelihood to create illness and deep sadness.
Joelle is a certified sound healers & is passionate about healing others through mind, body and spirit.
Arrive by 6:45pm to set up your space for a prompt start. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or chair. Also I recommend bring anything to make yourself comfortable like a pillow for your head or under your legs, blanket or/and eye cover. Space Limited to 10 guests.
