As the days shorten and the air turns cooler, something in the body starts asking to slow down. Fall Into Stillness is an evening built around that ask.

Joelle and Dawn are coming together at Living Ur Joy in Swedesboro, blending two practices that work on the body in different but complementary ways. Gong and sound move through you physically — the vibration reaching muscle and bone, quieting a nervous system that's been running too fast for too long. Reiki works alongside it, a gentle, hands-off energy practice that supports the body's own capacity to settle. Together, they create a night that's hard to describe and easy to feel — people leave calling it magical, and they mean it literally: something shifts.
