Dancing with Springs First Light : Sound Celebration for Awakening Energy

As you enter the space, you will feel an immediate sense of calmness and relaxation. The ambiance is set with dim lighting, and candles. Joelle will guide you through a meditation to help you let go of any stress or worries you may be holding onto.

Here's what you can expect from the sound bath experience:

• The crystal bowls produce a gentle vibration that can help ease tension and promote deep relaxation.
• The gongs provide a powerful, reverberating sound that can help clear the mind and enhance mental clarity.
• The drums offer a steady beat that can help regulate your breathing and promote a sense of grounding.
• The chimes produce a light, tinkling sound that can help soothe the nervous system and promote a sense of inner peace.

During the sound bath, you will be invited to lie down on a yoga mat, close your eyes, and simply listen to the sounds around you. You may feel a sense of weightlessness or floatiness as the vibrations wash over you. Some people even report feeling a sense of emotional release or catharsis during the experience.

After the sound bath, you will have the opportunity to share your experience with others if you choose. Many people report feeling more centered, calm, and grounded after a sound bath. It can be a wonderful way to nourish your soul and take a break from the stresses of daily life.

 Arrive by 6:45pm to set up your space for a prompt start. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or chair. Also I recommend bring anything to make yourself comfortable like a pillow for your head or under your legs, blanket or/and eye cover. Space Limited to 10 guests.
