About the event
This event is the perfect way to clear out the old energy and heal ourselves for the spring season. Barbara will lead you on a journey using hypnosis to charge and balance your chakra system while Joelle uses the healing qualities of sound vibrations to simultaneously charge and balance your chakra system
Arrive by 6:15pm to set up your space for a prompt start. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or chair. Also bring anything to make yourself comfortable like a pillow, blanket or eye cover. Space Limited to 10 guests.
