About the event
Join Joelle And Raquel as they come together for an afternoon of healing. We will start the evening with a Body Temple Dance, this is a somatic and spirital movement lanuage that has emerged for years of reasearch in energy healing. Followed by a sound healing featuring Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, rain stick, drums, chimes, crystal singing pyramid and other instruments to create a deeply relaxing, rejuvinating and meditative experience.
Please dress comfortably and bring water, a yoga mat or chair. Also bring anything to make yourself comfortable for the sound healing portion of the day. This would include items like a pillow, blanket or eye cover. Space Limited to 10 guests.
